This is a message regarding missed vaccinations for year 8 parents/carers. Thank you.
Dear parent/carer
You may be aware that you son/daughter in year 8 was due to have their second HPV vaccination in school. Due to school closures we have been unable to give the vaccination. The recommended time between the first vaccination and the second vaccination is between 6 months and 2 years. We have not yet received any national guidance from NHS England, however we want to reassure you that your child should receive their 2nd vaccination in school within the timeframe.
